I am actually having a good time doing this stuff. I don't like the repetition of assays, but I do like accomplishing quite a bit every day. The repitition means that I pretty much have my protocols down, and it's been awhile since something hasn't worked. The only reason that I've had to repeat an experiment over the past three weeks is when I realized after 1 1/2 days on a stain that we were out of a reagent and it would take a few days to get it in. Sounds familiar!
